Welcome to our estate, a unique place where you will feel at home as soon as you arrive!

On the edge of a large peaceful lake, it has a charming chalet surrounded by a soothing green setting. The places are decorated with vintage furniture and art objects from my travels.

Let yourself be touched by the magic of the place. The Bénoline estate is above all a love at first sight, an exclusive place with a soul where the connection with nature is instant.

A short history

Bénoline is named in honor of the former owners Benoit and Line who put their hearts into creating this little paradise for 18 years to become a gathering place for their entire family. As new owners and after some renovations, we want to continue their legacy by offering this place to travelers looking for different sensations.

Why call it an estate?

It's not just because it's a 5500 sqm (60,000 sqft) property, it's also to define the favorite place of an animal, children or even adults!

The Bénoline estate is that and even more:

• An intimate green setting with numerous mature trees;
• 1 chalet on the edge of a majestic and peaceful lake (6 km perimeter);
• A paradise for birds thanks to a committee that ensures the protection of fauna, flora, and the lake;
• A non-interventionist garden and a permaculture vegetable garden;
• Products available and used both in the kitchen and for housekeeping are, as much as possible, ecological, local and bulk;
• Furniture and decor that you won't find anywhere else;
• Multiple corners both inside and outside to connect with nature, others and of course yourself!

• 2 bedrooms with very comfortable Queen beds, 4 pillows and 800 thread count sheets for each;
• High-speed fiber internet with Mesh Wifi network for optimal reception throughout the estate; we also receive cellular network;
• Fully equipped kitchen in terms of both equipment and condiments for cooking well.
• Sonos immersive sound system present in all living rooms of the cottage;
• 4-season veranda with an impressive 360-degree view;
• 1 gas stoves and a wood stove;
• Yoga mats, blocks and straps available for each person;
• Very well-stocked indoor game area for kids and adults;
• 6-person hot tub;
• 40-foot dock with floating lounge;
• 1 outdoor fireplace areas, several terraces, and reading nook;
• Everything you need for summer activities such as croquet, pétanque, kayaks, canoe, paddle, etc...

Guest access

• You have exclusive access to the main chalet as well as the entire lakeside area (see the photo of the site map - bleu area). The garages and the small cabin located at the back of the grounds are not included in the rental and may be occupied.
  
• Your peace and privacy are fully respected: there is no traffic through your area, except when absolutely necessary, such as for lawn maintenance or snow removal.
  
• In the kitchen, you’ll find a few basic items available for your convenience (oils, condiments, teas — excluding alcohol), as well as a small pharmacy in addition to the first-aid kit in the bathroom. These items are provided as a courtesy, in case you find yourself missing something.
