Our model is not based on "office" management. For us, managing well means being physically present.

  • Zones defined by experience: We made the conscious choice to focus exclusively on specific neighborhoods in Montreal and a part of Lanaudière. Why? Because we want to possess perfect knowledge of the terrain and municipal regulations, and have our teams already on-site to intervene quickly.

  • Integrated teams, no anonymous subcontracting: Our maintenance, cleaning, and management staff work together every day. It’s the same crew watching over your property, which ensures tight follow-up and fluid communication. We occasionally work with specialists, but they are people we have worked with before and whose skills we know well.

  • The exclusivity of our warehouse (Lanaudière): For cottage owners, this is a major advantage: we are the only ones operating our own regional warehouse. We stock everything there (bedding, kitchen essentials, cleaning products, firewood, etc.). This eliminates the challenges of distance and opening hours, allowing us to act without delay according to your needs.

We know what we do, and more importantly, who we do it for. We decline commercial mandates or large impersonal complexes to focus exclusively on residential and resort real estate. This specialization allows us to master the specific realities of your assets:
