Interior and Exterior Window Washing
Clean and sparkling windows improve the appearance of your property and let in natural light. Our window washing service includes cleaning interior and exterior surfaces, frames, and sills. This service is usually offered in spring and autumn but can be adapted to your needs.
Firewood
We ensure the delivery of firewood directly to your cottage, with an option for storage in your wood reserve. It is also possible to deliver quality kindling.
Season Opening: Preparing your property for the summer season is essential to welcome tenants in the best conditions. Our season opening service includes moving and cleaning outdoor furniture (umbrellas, boats, lights, tables, chairs, flower boxes, outdoor games, etc.), as well as cleaning terraces and walkways.
BBQ Cleaning: Our BBQ cleaning service includes a thorough three-step cleaning: disassembly, soaking and brushing of parts, cleaning of the grease trap, and exterior polishing to restore shine to your appliance.
Cleaning Outdoor Fireplaces: We offer a complete cleaning service for outdoor fireplaces, including removing ashes, cleaning stones or bricks, and checking the chimney. We ensure that your fireplace is ready to be used safely.

Lawn and Shrub Trimming: Landscaping service including regular lawn mowing, trimming shrubs and hedges that may encroach on walkways or terraces.

Exterior maintenance services in winter are subject to high demand and a shortage of labor, which can influence rates, regardless of our will.
Snow Removal of the Car Access Path: Snow removal service for the car access path using a tractor, ensuring easy access to your property, even in case of heavy snowfall.
Pedestrian Snow Removal: Depending on the configuration of your land and the services offered by your property, we can clear snow from entrances, terraces, access to the spa and the fireplace (by shovel or snowblower, depending on accessibility).
