Why Immersive Analysis is Crucial?

The majority of rental agencies are limited to emergency repairs in blockage situations. Without a presence on the ground, they often fail to see opportunities for improvement and do not necessarily know the best partners to carry out the work at the right price and on time. Our local managers are able to do so!

A First-Person Tenant Experience

Immersion as Tenants: In the first months of our mandate, we carry out a unique immersive analysis. A member of our team "packs their bags" in your property for 2 or 3 nights, living the experience as a tenant: cooking, relaxing, using the equipment. This immersion allows us to identify the strengths and areas for improvement with a concrete perspective.

Detailed Analysis: Following this experience, we carry out a detailed analysis of each room, with precise recommendations concerning the equipment, the layout, any repairs, etc.

Annual Re-evaluation: To ensure an optimal experience and maintain the quality of your property, the immersive analysis is renewed at most every 12 months.

Bénoline Check Developed (BCD): Rigorous Quality Checks

  • Surprise Checks: BCD checks are surprise control analyses carried out in your property, without warning our collaborators or our subcontractors. These unannounced inspections carried out by our local managers allow us to guarantee the maintenance of an optimal tenant experience and to control the quality of the work carried out.
  • Maintaining the Optimal Experience: BCDs cover a wide range of elements, ranging from general maintenance to the harmony of the layout, including the logical organization of the contents of drawers and cupboards.

Preventive Maintenance and Real Estate Valuation

Over time, we identify the elements that contribute to enhancing your property, both for tenants and for its market value and its value with financial institutions. This includes equipment needs, layout improvements, maintenance of specific parts, repairs, and even renovations.
