Detailed Technical Sheet of Your Property
In collaboration with you, we create a detailed technical sheet of your property. This sheet includes all the important information: property characteristics, equipment, specificities and requirements, etc. It serves as a reference for daily management and interventions.
Tenant Exchange Scripts and Q&A:
To ensure clear and effective communication with tenants, we use exchange scripts and standardized questions and answers. This allows us to respond quickly to common requests and guarantee a positive tenant experience.
We draft contracts in your name and personalized regulations, taking into account the specific rules of your cottage, municipal regulations, the regulations of your neighborhood (for example, the regulations of a lake), and, of course, the rules of good neighborliness. This avoids misunderstandings and disputes.
